My Personal Injury Practice
I focus my personal injury practice on the needs of people who have sustained injuries in:
- Motor vehicle accidents — I represent people who have been hurt in car accidents, truck crashes and motorcycle wrecks, whether as drivers, passengers or pedestrians. I will be your advocate with insurance companies as well as defense lawyers, working to get you all the benefits to which you are entitled.
- Slips and falls — I protect the rights of people who have been hurt on someone else’s property, whether residential or commercial property. I handle claims involving dangerous or defective flooring, including broken tiles or cracked or torn linoleum, carpet and other surfaces. I take claims involving broken steps or stairways, cracked pavement or asphalt, and defective ramps or decks.
I will help you pursue full and fair compensation for all your losses, from wages and income to medical expenses, from loss of companionship to physical pain and suffering. I take cases involving all types of injuries, from sprains or strains to serious and catastrophic loss.
